billrquimby Report post Posted July 13, 2015 It was the first SCI Arizona Chapter banquet I've attended in at least thirty years, and I was amazed at the changes that have come about over the years. I attended the first three or four banquets after the chapter was formed, and they all were formal events that drew only a hundred or so people. The huge banquet room at La Ventana was full of people Saturday night, and everything seemed to be running smoothly, for which the chapter's volunteers should be congratulated. I enjoyed seeing Bobby Boido, TJ and Peg, and others again, and finally got to meet Amanda and Ernesto. The food was first-class and I had a great time. I even won a handgun. Thank you, Amanda, for inviting me. Bill Quimby
