More D Report post Posted June 9, 2015 I need to send a pair of binoculars to vortex for an adjustment. I think they were dropped because I cannot get them to focus. More D Report post Posted October 4, 2015 Update... I ended up sending my binos on September 8. I paid extra for two day delivery. I received a "we got your package" email from Vortex on the 15th. Nothing since then... I am getting nervous because we leave for my daughter's Elk hunt in four days. I really hope Vortex comes through before we leave. Should I call?
