muledeerarea33? Report post Posted May 30, 2015 I like playing devils advocate (as you can see in other posts, poaching) lots of folks do nothing wrong or if they do wrong it's minimal or just the way the law is and it can't be changed since the law is broke. How do you change/repeal it? Good question???? So many nanny lawyers out there anymore and so many citizens charged with questionable crimes it's hard to change.change for one actually means change for all today. There is no more case by case basis. They try to cut and dry EVERYTHING!!! By what the current law says. More money that way.
hoghntr Report post Posted May 30, 2015 Many of us here have committed fellonies, some get caught and some don't! Heck Iim glad im not 15 again.... turns out many stupid things I did carry a sentence. CONSEQUENCE is or used to be part of discipline.. remember those days??? I think this started as what do ya think about a felon being aloud to sell his guns or give to a buddy when he gets busted?? as for the domestic violence that goes for when anyone files restraining order on you including some guy you punch in the nose.. they ask for your weapons when you get served if it is p.d. serving. :] and yes felons can appeal to get un rights back it is expensive and takes long time. Explorer Report post Posted May 30, 2015 It costs about 1000 dollars and takes about a two month waiting period. its easier than getting a BATF sbr permit or even a silencer permit. Most people are to stupid to research and file all the paperwork i have noticed.
