lancetkenyon Report post Posted November 11, 2015 Those are not T-bones. They are Porterhouses. Porterhouses have a much bigger "filet" side. For beef, the determining factor is less than a 1.25" filet side, it is a T-bone. For a filet side bigger than 1.25", it is a Porterhouse. And those are some SERIOUS Porterhouses from that moose!!! yotebuster Report post Posted July 26, 2016 Got my moose head done early! Picked it up this weekend and hung it in the shop temporarily until I can get it hung in the house.
