.270 Report post Posted May 16, 2015 this is a federal conviction. completely different than a state conviction. much shorter appeal process. like mentioned earlier, OKC bomber was in jail 6 years and got needled. this guy will get about the same. have fun with the cornhole process joke-har. hope they use bacon grease.
