Although, there are a couple species of deer that i believe are endemic to somewhere in Asia that do grow small tusks. i think one is a japanese water deer, another is a muntjac. they don't grow much for antlers, if any, so they have small tusks for self defense Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Jump up in low branches and eat the leaves but that could be a different deer but still interesting though.
