I love my Bowtech Destroyer 350 LE. Seems, smooth, fast, and forgiving.

I thought the same thing about two years ago, but just couldnt like that fancy brand new bow as much as my black ice. Ended up selling off the new bow on ebay after about 3 months of trying to like it better and I went and bought another black ice on ebay in case if my current one ever breaks or needs spare parts.

It took a little work and some time, butTank finally forgave me for the betrayal and we're now just as tight as we ever were. I cant guarantee your black ice will be equally forgiving though, so if you really value your partnership, think twice about straying. Perhaps that $1000 you'll spend on a new bow could be better used on binoculars, sitka gear undies, or taking a fellow premier member to Christies Cabaret for a steak lunch and one or twenty beers tomorrow. Just throwing it out there...

mattys the struggle is real man!!!! You dont understand unless you own a black ice... they are perfect!!!

Honestly I like this bow (black Ice) over any favorite truck or cheerleader Ive ever had the pleasure.. (neither of those could dump a coyote at 38yds in its tracks)

I wish they would bring it back.. it is a sleeper....

I was in the same situation as you. I absolutely loved my black ice and told myself There is no reason to upgrade since I was pretty accurate with it and suited me just fine. I shot a destroyer 350 and that got me to want one bad. Glad I did. I found one with the deep cam grooves for a great price in great condition. Plenty fast and is a great shooter!

I hear ya. I actually called and asked them if they had any plans to bring them back and of course the do not. It's a shame too, I think the Black Ice and the Marquis were the two in the diamond line up that actually gave it credibility and kept it from being a basspro/cabelas/wal-mart/cheapie p.o.s. line of bow. It was a helluva total package bow at a very reasonable price.

I may change my mind down the road, but for now I have no plans at all to buy another compound. I'll probably drop a couple more deer with the ole Black Ice and then make the jump to a Fred Bear Super Grizzly recurve bow. That way I'll be extra super duper ethical without any form of technology or unfair advantages while missing deer.

The invasion and prodigy felt nice too. I did not like the carbon line. I could not put my finger on why even though I want to like them

Well I shoot a bowtech insanity cpx. And before that had a destroyer.Your going to have everyone and thier brother tell you what you should shoot. Find what feels good in your hands and what let off and back wall you like what draw cycle you like. After all you are the one that is going to be shooting it. Just for the love of gosh don't buy a Point Shoot Explode

Each person is grip and draw specific. Shoot a few bows and figure it out. I shoot a hoyt with side plates. Just like you said dont get caught up in one brand and 1 or 2 cams just shoot the ones you would like to own. Every company is good. This is the funnest and hardest part about owning a bow. Good luck
