COUESAZ Report post Posted May 7, 2007 I was wondering if anyone had used the badlands warenty yet. One of The load straps on mine is torn. I took my last one back to sportsmans and they traded it for me there. I took this one back and they said i had to send it in to badlands. My question is how long can i expect to be with out my pack while they fix it. I am just going to use my other hunting pack for the time it is gone, But i will miss it on my back as the other one i have is not as nice to pack around. I am ruff on equipment and that is why i got badlands was for the no fault liftime warenty.

I messed up my pack the weekend before a trip - I overnighted my pack to them they received it on Tuesday and I had it back on Friday for my trip. All I had to do is tell them that I needed it back for my trip and they took care of me. Can't say enough good things about them...oh yes, they sent me a new pack. Call their 800 number and get a ticket number and you're good to go.

Basser15 Report post Posted May 9, 2007 Their warranty is the best that I've dealt with so far. Had a shoulder strap break on mine while scouting last year and they had it back to me just in time for the hunt. Even told them that my dog had chewed on the bow strap and they replaced that for me too. Don't remember, but I think all I had to pay for was shipping.
