Big Browns Report post Posted May 1, 2015 Anyone have any H1000 they would be willing trade or sell. I know this is like finding nude super model riding a unicorn. Adam

tomkat12 Report post Posted May 8, 2015 I also got powder from a generous member and I have no problem w Bruno's in general but I do find it curious that I've had H1000 backordered for months but there's some sitting on their shelf?
Big Browns Report post Posted May 8, 2015 Bruno's buys most of their powder from the general public or 3rd party sellers. I'm sure this has not always been the case, but with the recent shortage they are doing whatever it takes to get powder. I don't blame them for marking it up and making a profit. I love having a specialty shooting shop in town. If we want to keep them in town we need to support them as much as possible...... That doesn't mean I buy everything from them, but I try to be a regualr customer to support local buisnesses.

Did you call them to check on it? I am sure they would LOVE to ship it out and charge your card. Stuff sitting in the store does not make them money. But getting it out to customers pays the bills. It is very possible something fell through the cracks, but if you don't check on it, it will stay lost. It happens with every dealer out there, so I don't think they are doing it intentionally. tomkat12 Report post Posted May 9, 2015 I have called and stopped by periodically but being an east side guy not nearly as much as I wish I could. I'm not mad at Bruno's by any means and will continue to use them. I suspect when an order containing one or two jugs of something it's easier to toss on the shelf then mail it out knowing it'll likely sell in minutes, I'm sure they have plenty to do like the rest of us.
