Deserttrecker Report post Posted April 21, 2015 Has anyone ever gotten rid of a boat hull in AZ? I am looking at buying a 17ft fiberglass boat because I need the trailer. Its is much cheaper than buying a trailer solo. The hull is stripped and I am sure I would not be able to donate it to charity. Sooo, just wondering if anyone has ever gotten rid of one before. Could I take it to the dump whole? Would they take it? Do I have to chop it up?
CouesPursuit Report post Posted April 21, 2015 Depends on the dump. Salt River Landfill will take a boat hull for $50 flat fee. http://www.saltriverlandfill.com/tipping_fees

Havasuhunter Report post Posted April 22, 2015 If it has character many people will take it for decoration, flower beds, etc. Very common here in boat themed Havasu.
