Great condition.
No scratches, great sight, rangefinder included in scope.

 

Basically considered new. Quality is excellent.

I have been looking into it a bit more.

The price will be $740 firm.
That is the average I have seen on several other sites for a used in good condition.

Plus not only are you new but your out of state so someone has to trust you enough to send you $ for something they cannot see in person and then hope they get the scope. Good luck with that....
