Edge Report post Posted June 12, 2015 Try Viet Namese for an interesting combination of Chinese and French cuisine. Best one is the Viet Kitchen se corner of Cave Creek and 101. Try the Bun Thit Nuong, its marinated pork or beef grilled and served over vermicelli and fresh vegetables with fish sauce. Ask for the fresh spring rolls.
