iso 6x12 lumber 18 inches long

I am looking for two pieces of lumber 6 inches thick by 12 inches high by approx. 18 inches long. I dont want to buy a 12 foot timber for 3 foot of lumber like the lumber yard wants to sell me. Please let me know if you know of someone that can help me.

I dont even care if the pieces are weathered actually I would prefer the weathered look.

I can check with the framing superintendent on the job I'm on I know they got 6x10 beams out here where you located

I needed a couple scrap pieces 1 time and ace hardware just gave it to me.

I can check my job sites Monday when I hit them. does it need to be a Doug fir 6x12 or would a 5 1/8x12 glu lam work?
