Vossy Report post Posted September 4, 2015 I was in 23, scouting for my late Oct General Mulie Hunt . Well, we didn't see a whole lot of Bucks, we bumped a small bachelor heard, never got great eyes on them.. we only saw 7ish does over 3 days of hiking.. But there was so much elk activity all over the place it was hard to glass a ridge and not see several cows picking their way down the hill.. At one point we heard four bulls on ridges all around us sounding off at each other, got eyes on two of them, and from 1000 yards they both looked pretty good.
