SpotNStalk Report post Posted April 9, 2015 I've owned a Chevy , Nissan Titan, and 2 Tundras. I didn't think I would ever change from a Tundra again and was thinking of buying a new Tundra but the new Titan XD has me curious enough to wait.
DesertBull Report post Posted April 9, 2015 The only way I would not buy one is if I needed a diesel. I'm on my second Tundra now.
muledeerarea33? Report post Posted April 9, 2015 Have a Tacoma, love it!! Tundra is ugly in my opinion! Ford dodge 1970's chevy moulded into one. I've heard they can tow a space shuttle? I see a lot of then on I-10 hauling boats and trailers going around 60mph. Not sure if they can go faster or not? If it's a half ton truck you want then I'm sure they'll do what all the others do. Personally I've always love gmc but lately dodge has been catching my eye.
muledeerarea33? Report post Posted April 9, 2015 Not knocking the tundra's capabilities, only the looks! The Titan gets horrible mpg from my experience.
Redman Report post Posted April 9, 2015 Thanks everybody, I have been debating a new or newer used truck for some time. I ruled out a diesel since I don't need one. I have had a Chevy 1500 for 13 years and will keep it.... its too far gone to worry about.... so I beat the heck out of it.

Shooter McGavin Report post Posted April 9, 2015 Recently traded my 2003 Chevy 2500 HD crew cab 4x4 with 207xxx miles, absolutely great truck. Towed great and went everywhere I wanted it to go, loved the size (int and ext) only thing I hated it was a thirsty pig, 10 mpg in town or hwy. I traded it for a 2014 Toyota Tundra crew cab 4x4 and I absolutely love this truck, The cab is friggin huge compared to my old truck, the gas mileage is a huge plus, 15-17 mpg. The only downside I have noticed is the bed is slightly shorter, but that means I just pack a little smarter. Haven't towed anything yet to see what it's capable of doing but I am sure it will do just fine. You won't be disappointed. Just my 2 cents.
