***CONGRATS WELLHEAD! Ok now for the fishermen! and fisherwoman.. :) a guided striper trip with Capt Don Martin

Recommended Posts

Ok pretty excited about this also cuz i have fished with Don on Lake MEAD AND IT WAS AMAZING! when I fished with him myself, mike~Jareds dad, and Don caught fish till they bounced out of our coolers. :) it was seroiusly awesome.

**stripers are the only fresh caught fish I have NEVER had someone turn down after first bite. :) yummmmm

**As some here know bowhunter4life has had a Cancer strike his son.. jared (17yrs old) was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma stage 3. Jared is gonna be receiving treatment for quite some time. As many on here know cancer treatment is not cheap and don't forget on top of hospital bills missing work, lots of gas, everything you own breaks at same time of course making all the rest even more difficult when you just wanna be there for your child.. little things also ad up ya know.

Be patient im not so good at transferring email infor to a thread on c.w. :)

This trip certificate will be good for the period of May 2015 through August 2015. The trip is for one or two persons. Up to two more persons may be added to the trip for $100 each. Anglers will need to have a valid Arizona fishing license and at least one fishing pole. Capt. Martin will provide the boat, bait and terminal tackle. Capt. Martin will also provide snacks, soft drinks and water, but due to insurance regulations, no alcohol is allowed to be possessed or consumed on the boat and/or during the trip.

Angler(s) will provide their own transportation to Meadview AZ, and will be met there by Capt. Martin. Angler(s) will stay at Martins El Campo De Pescado in Meadview as part of the trip package.

Angler(s) need to bring an ice chest, as they will be able to take home a lot of fish. Catches of more than 50+ stripers/channel catfish a night are not unusual. Capt. Martin will also filet your catch after the trip.

Angler(s) are asked to coordinate with Capt. Martin on the dates of their trip. Anglers are asked to be as flexible as possible on dates to assure that the trip is successful. It is requested that at least one month advance notice is needed to arrange the trip date. Trips are booked first come-first served, so pick a date and call soon!

This is a fun-filled fishing trip but the weather can be hot and/or windy at night during the summer on Lake Mead! It is however a great opportunity to go out on beautiful Lake Mead and enjoy a night time cruise and fishing under the Hydro Glow lights!

I am a creek fisherman so sure was nice fishing with a guy who knew exactly how to get'r done on a lake! had my line snapped multiple times messing with something big down below and Jareds dad had pole snatched right out of boat only to be caught later by Don and I think it still had fish attatched. :)

First of all great stuff you do! I applaud you.

But seriously when I first opened this, I read it too fast and thought it said "striPPer" trip, and guided too! I was about to sign up 100% for sure!!!

Go Jared! Kicks its butt

Heh...funny you should mention that. I bought a trip at one of the MDF banquets a while back...never used it as life got in the way! Oh well, money to a good cause.

Yes sir, I have been on 6 fishing trips with him and caught close to 500 stripers over the years. For him to give this to my family shows his integrity and character. I know who ever wins it we have a great time. Thank you all for blessing and praying for Jared.
