Arizona would have beaten anyone with that performance, but when you can throw up the ball with that defense and drain them the way they did then it really doesnt matter what you do. i think hey played amazing. i hink the way they hit their free throws was amazing. im proud of them. as much as i hate wisconson you cant stop what they did. i couldnt even get mad. i was mad at the refs but it still wouldnt of mattered they way they shot the ball. i feel bad for TJ and coach miller. i hope he gets his final 4 and championship soon. oh yeah, lmao @uncle rico. I like Miller to as I said I was a native to Pa. and played in a lot of the same enviroments He did and Tj too. Brings back lotta memories. The High school tournament in western PA. is way tougher than Arizonas is. He's tough and a fierce competitor. He just didn't have a plan for that barrage of 3's. Maybee nobody could of. mc68 Report post Posted March 30, 2015 Arizona just ran into a better team against Wisconsin. I think we ended up about exactly where we should have, in the top 8 teams in the country. We struggle against the zone and it showed. As far as Miller, the guy is a great coach. Hr has got us back to playing competitive ball after the Lute Olson era. Those are huge shoes to fill and he has done a good job. We will be competitive in the years to come and I have no doubt in my mi d that Miller will get us back in the Final Four before long. I mean to finish 32-4 is a dang good season. If I'm off on the wins there I apologize. There isn't a need to over react to the loss, its the Tournament and everyone in it is dang good. You guys are right, I don,t think no one would have beat Wis. with a performance like that. What I was so pissed at is Miller didn't deny a gut that we never heard of , the ball. The last thing is Tucson is a one horsre town. You guys got nothing else to cheer for. Kida like Nebraska football. Up in the valley we got to many teams to cheer for and half of them suck. He's getting experience on the big stage now consistently and eventually will break through, just a matter of time. Keep making elite 8s and sweet 16s and eventually they will turn into Final4s and title games. Dukes lost a lot of early tournament games but has also been to a ton of Final Fours. BeardownAZ Report post Posted March 31, 2015 They aren't the offensive jugernauts that Lute had but they are more consistent and better on defense so I guess its a trade off. When they won the title in 97 they were a 4 seed and beat 3 #1's to do it. Its more about team chemistry then talent alone. He'll get one of those teams that just fits perfect and it will lead to great things. This team was really good, just nothing you can do to about a team on fire at the 3 point line.
