Many people don't know about the Arizona Geological Survey office in Tucson. They sell maps of many types http://www.azgs.az.gov/location.html

Here is a link to the University of Arizona's digital map archive, they have virtually all Quads for Arizona, and they are free (digitally), you just need to register your name and email address.
