Willflow Report post Posted March 27, 2015 I just got off the phone with GFD and the lady I spoke with said they are NOT finished yet. She would not tell me anything about my status about the draw. You can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there is a 10% requirement, I always thought it was a 10% cap. Non-residents can get up to 10%, they don't automatically get 10%.
