akuritone Report post Posted March 17, 2015 I have four unopened packs(15 bullets per pack) and one partial pack(6 bullets) for a total of 66 bullets. I bought these last year for load development and ended up going a different route. My rifle loves the 300 grain version of these so I sacrificed some speed for accuracy. These are $25/15 + S&H from the website $20 per pack face to face or $70 for all 66 I'll ship on your dime Live near Bass Pro/Work downtown Phoenix Jeff
yotebuster Report post Posted March 17, 2015 Are these non saboted? I may be hunting colorado this year if my 15 pts gets me what I'm after. I may need to try something like this if so.
akuritone Report post Posted March 17, 2015 They are. They load like a dream. They have a cavity in the bottom. The copper walls are thin outside the cavity. The idea is that the gas from the powder burning expands the thin copper walls outside the cavity creating the gas seal. Check out the reviews online. The general consensus is that these over BH209 is hard to beat. And it was, but in my case is was the 300 grain projectile. Jeff
cohofishing Report post Posted March 17, 2015 I used these bullets to kill my Colorado buck last year. Yes, they are non saboted and are legal in Colorado. Each gun takes a different size to fit well. My CVA accura uses the .500 diameter. Brent
yotebuster Report post Posted March 17, 2015 How do you know what diameter?

Brent So you just test the fit off all of them and see what's best? I have an ultimate arms gun. It needs heavy bullets since I load 200gr of 777. I've been meaning to try blackhorn in it too. akuritone Report post Posted March 18, 2015 I believe they only make 4 or 5 different diameters. All these will be included in the sample pack. There is a video on Youtube that shows you how to properly determine the correct size for your barrel. In regards to the BH 209. I love the convenience of the pellets but was amazed at how clean the BH209 burns.
