I got an email back from my State Chapter rep and he said stubs wouldn't be mailed. You all would have to trust that your tickets ar being entered into the drawing. Pleasant surprise to read this! They are supposed to be called the moment they are drawn. I know my brother-in-law was drawn on one of the later-in-the-night drawings and got called the next day. If you want to PM me his info, I can call the RD doing the drawings. He should be able to walk into Sportsman's Warehouse and get it squared up.
