Crap A few months ago I set a goal of being under 200 lbs and be able to do a full 30 minutes on the stairmaster at level 10 by the time my 50th birthday came around. Hit the gym yesterday morning and I Was able to 30 minutes on the stairmaster on level 10 followed by 10 230lb squats. I think I could have gone another 10-15 minutes on the stairs. Next goal is level 12 by bear season in August. I still have about 10 lbs to go to be under 200. Started at 248 last fathers day. At that time I was wearing 38" jeans.
