What's your guys take on this? One time use? Does this mean it is good one time or one time per draw cycle, one time per species per draw cycle? What is a nontrophy species? Anybody have any other info on this?

It was intended as a 1 time point. Believe it is not moving forward at this time because there are too many variables for the current system to track and account for. Trying to make the current online draw system work is a higher priority.

Even though this would benefit me, I say no. In fact, I say no to the whole point scam system. It's too complicated and convoluted as it is.

Loyalty point, Hunter ED point, 20% pass, 10% cap, yada yada yada.

I have no faith that the dept's computers and software are even applying the points correctly.

I have a brother who is a Vet, I couldn't pass the physical due to psoriasis, and while I understand the sentiment I would not vote in favor of it. I vote in favor of keeping the playing field level.

This bill has passed the Senate and is awaiting committee in the House. It just creates a more uneven playing field
