tomkat12 Report post Posted March 1, 2015 Hello friends I bought some hydrodiping films and I've been playing around with them the last year and I'm thinking of getting a small side business going. I'm not trying to sell anything at this point I'll contact Amanda and do it right if I get there. I'm just gauging interest and looking to hear some feedback about what patterns everyone might be interested in so I can get a cost estimate together. Let me know what u think
azpredator@work Report post Posted March 1, 2015 Can you dip the rubberized stocks like on a sako?
tomkat12 Report post Posted March 1, 2015 Generally if it can be submerged in water it can be dipped. I've been getting some supplies and advice from a place in Arkansas, if there's enough interest I'm going take thier certification class and I'll get u a definative answer but I suspect it wouldn't be a problem

rcdinaz Report post Posted March 1, 2015 I'm in for one rifle stock! Oh and on the rubberized stocks you can do it but it comes off if you rub it against stuff. You can sand off the rubberized material. Oh I have some bow limbs I would like to do at some point as well!

I was going to jump back on and suggest clear coat but didn't know cerakote had one. For the rubberized finish I am betting a clear coat of plastidip would probably work perfectly. Put a beer can holder on the handle bars. After the can holder make sure a lift kit is installed!
