gaps Report post Posted February 25, 2015 From what I saw on the shelf yesterday at Bruno's they have at least 7 of the 500 count boxes. And at least 25 of the 100 count boxes. Get em while you can!
firstcoueswas80 Report post Posted February 25, 2015 Did you happen to catch a price? If I recall correctly, Brunos is pretty pricey, right?

MULEPACKHUNTER Report post Posted February 25, 2015 I like that they have stock but I have noticed the hike in prices as well, they really went bad on the 55.00 dollar for primers. I don't know if it was just me but they seemed like lately they are irritated that I am even in there? Just not real friendly.
lancetkenyon Report post Posted February 25, 2015 Bullet prices have always been $1-5/box LOWER than Cabelas and Sportsman's. Powder went up during the shortage, as they were buying wherever they could to keep on the shelf. Still cheaper than HazMat fees and shipping if you are semi-close. Supply and demand. But, if you don't want to shop there, fine by me. Leaves more for me to pick up when I need it.
MULEPACKHUNTER Report post Posted February 25, 2015 Ya I'm not bashing and they are one of the best reloading stores around just seams like 2 years ago they were friendly and now they are getting bigger and don't have time for customers. Just an observation. I'm going tomorrow, let's see if they smile or frown this time.

gaps Report post Posted February 26, 2015 The prices are the same as what their website shows, $47.03 per 100 and $225.40 for 500. I think if you can find them cheaper somewhere else then go buy them there. My experience with some hard to find bullets is this. If nobody else has them and Bruno's does you may have to pay a few dollars more to get them. For me at the time it was worth the few extra dollars because I had a hunt coming up and I needed them. As far as customer service, I wouldn't say that they a SUPER friendly crew. Friendly, Yes. I will say that they have answered my questions from stocks to powder to bullets to barrels and primers. I have never felt like they didn't want me there or that they didn't have time for me. For me they have treated me well enough to continue to go back, especially if they are the only place that I can find what I need. Heck, yesterday as I was checking out the guy mentioned that he remembered me, and I have only been there about 3 time in the last year....
lancetkenyon Report post Posted February 26, 2015 A quick example of their customer service: About a year ago, I had been looking for H414, and over the period of a year, stopped in to look numerous times, usually not buying anything. On occasion, I would pick up bullets for various cartridges. Well, one day out of the blue, I get a phone call from Bruno's letting me know they just got some H414 in a shipment. I had never asked to be put on a wait or contact list, they just remembered me looking for it, and remembered my first name. Looked me up in the customer data base (thank goodness my first name wasn't Mike or John) and called me to let me know. I was there 30 minutes later and picked up 4# with a huge thank you.
