Lv2hnt Report post Posted February 25, 2015 Hey all --- The ADBSS will be putting the final touches on the Scadden/Hook water catchment southeast of Quartzsite in the South Plamosa Mountains this weekend, Feb. 27 - Mar. 1. The 1st weekend's work saw most of the preliminary digging completed for the storage pipe, collection feed line and walk-in drinking trough. The goal is to complete the assembly work this weekend (hope to have things pretty much wrapped up by end of day Saturday). ALL volunteers welcome --- you DON'T have to be a current sheep society member to join in and help give back to our state's wildlife! Youth/family members are welcome as well. Note: Saturday evening dinner and Sunday breakfast provided. I plan on leaving for the project Friday --- got room for someone else in my truck if you want to come help and check out what the ADBSS is all about. Awesome volunteers donating their time to a great cause! Here's a link to the project: www.adbss.org/2015-02_Hook_Scadden_Tank.pdf You can call me if interested or would like more info: (480)760-3868 (I'm in Gilbert) ... --- Tom
