Velbon PH157q tripod head with quick release plates

I was looking around the CW store and came across this head and I am interested in feedback from anyone who has one or has used one. Actually if they are good and someone has one for sale I would be interested in buying it. I have a slik tripod with a horrible head and want to upgrade this year. Any feedback is appreciated.

Get a outdoorsman pan head. Well worth the money. You will never look back

I have used the ph 157 q for years now. I don't love it but it works well enough and is priced well. The outdoorsman panning head is what I really want but I just haven't talked myself into spending the coin yet.
