I saw a big mule deer yesterday, his head gear was still glued on. He was a 25-28 inch 3X4. I guess the deer will start dropping soon?

Just to let you know man, I've found 2 sets and 3 singles so far this week and I saw 3 other nice mulies that still had their headgear on as well. So some of the bucks still do have their headgear!!! Just waitn for them to drop!!!

Jason,

I take my kids on drives up through your neighborhood all the time. They love to see the deer. We also go out to Ft. Bayard. I live out in Tryone. The buck I mentioned was out by Gila.

Indian hills in Silver City NM

Home of the biggest muledeer in Grant County ;)

There is a BEAST running between my house and the hospital... He easily goes 200 non-typical... I have setup a salt rock in my back yard but so far they just ignore it and eat the flowers... Because we have so many deer in the backyard my girlfriend thinks that hunting is NO BIG DEAL...
