KidBowHunter Report post Posted February 16, 2015 Looked under my truck today and my shock was snapped in two Right now I have Monroes, just wondering if anyone has experience running other types of shocks? (Rancho, Bilstein, etc) How was the ride? I have a Ford Ranger. Thanks!

AZbowhntr Report post Posted February 16, 2015 Another one for Bilsteins. I just put them on my Silverado a few months ago and am very happy with them. I went with the leveling shocks so I leveled the front end at the same time.
Havasuhunter Report post Posted February 16, 2015 I'm going to put Bilsteins on my Tundra. My Tacoma has fox shox, obviously I agree with the get a Toyota statements above too.
Ringer Report post Posted February 16, 2015 I bought the wrong Bilstiens for my Tundra. They adjust up to a 2.5" lift and the fronts had a 3" lift. If anyone needs two brand new Bilstein 24-232-173 I will sell or trade them for $60 for two. Been sitting here for three months. 480-998-8977
SirRoyal Report post Posted February 16, 2015 Here is the thing ! Bilsteins for the best quality and ride for the money. I had them on my Chevy 4x4 2500 and now I just put 2.5 spacers and Bilstiens on the front of my Dodge 4x4 2500. I am perfectly level now and still have a factory ride.
