joe hunter Report post Posted February 10, 2015 It's like the guy on the interstate that sees the flashing sign's for 3 miles....Right Lane Closed.... and races past everyone then cuts the last guy off to get in front of everyone then has to get on the brakes causing a bottle neck instead of just getting over when everyone else does and keep it moving smooth.......Couple of weeks ago it took me just a couple of minutes to apply and get my license printed.....Go figure.
