maximus Report post Posted January 29, 2015 We harvest a spike in the late hunt in october, i didn't post any picture but i'm going to post 2 of the things i have prepared, and later i will post 2 more, i haven't take pictures of the last 2. this dishes are really simple and tasty. the first is a backstrap carpaccio with parmesan cheese, capers olive oil and lemon, the backstrap was first seared with spices and left super rare. the second is the coues filet mignon pan sauteed with rosemary and garlic and saffron risotto. hope you guys like it when you try this recipes. don't know why the picture upload sideways.
