Recommended Posts

Looking for some help on choosing from these two binoculars for coues hunting. Anyone have any experience with these to share. Leaning towards Razor due to weight and fov but hoping you guys could help me to see which would benefit me the most

When you decide let me know and I will get you a price on both them, they are both great binos, but the biggest advantage to the Razors is that you can still use them hand held.

Appreciate feedback read an article talking about how 12 power binoculars are as good as 15 power binoculars due to brighter and clearer images they produce. + fov

Honestly I'm fortunate enough to be able to have had BOTH on tripods in the field (not a parking lot) for comparison. Since that day I've recommended the razor over anything else. I personally will be buying them at tax time.

+1 on the razors I had mine out when a spectator pulled out some kaibabs I was able to compare them side by side while watching deer the RAZORS were hands down the better optic but I even have the 10x42 talon hd and they hang around my neck razors i put on the tripod

I've owned both. Razors over the kaibabs all day. Don't overlook the cabelas euro HD 12x50. Better then the razor for sure but quite a bit heavier.

I've looked thru both while out hunting. Ended up with the razors and it was an easy choice. Light, clear, and I like the 12x50's because they are good for tripods and also to take a fast look at something without being to shaky.
