borntohunt Report post Posted January 14, 2015 I sent my bandland 2200 pack in for some warranty work. They fixed my top zipper replaced my zipper pulls. And even sewed up 2 holes I had in it from some mice trying to get my cliff bars. Got it back in a week. Very happy.

PelaPapas Report post Posted April 9, 2015 I just recently had a great experience using badlands warranty too. I sent in my 2200 last week and it was back on my door step yesterday! It was out of my hands for less than a week! Repairs were done perfect! Couldn't be more satisfied!
rossislider Report post Posted April 9, 2015 I've had a few of their packs, never had to send one in for repair. However, when I went to pull my 2200 out for the Javelina hunt this year, the belt clips were missing. No idea where they went or how they came off. Probably had something to do with my kids. Anyhow I went on Badlands website to order replacements. They wouldn't let me buy replacements but had some free ones to me within a week.
Kelney Report post Posted May 5, 2015 I love my Eberlestock but when I broke a buckle I confused their warranty with my Badland's pack warranty. Only thing Eberlestock sent me was a link to where I could purchase one.
