10Turkeys Report post Posted January 4, 2015 Today at the Safford rifle range, after the steel dog shoot, a scope was taped at the metal post at 385m (427 yard) line. We called it the Saving Private Ryan Scope Shot. A pot was started at a buck a shot per shooter. The first couple rounds were any position except off the bench and prone. The wind and the cold came into play and we were on the bench.Terry, Stomp 442's Wife finally drilled it and won the pot. A couple were close but the winner had to break glass with a bullet.
