Why is it people need to constantly question someone on THEIR requirements for THEIR sale? it's a weapon! it's his weapon! therefore it's his sale...

az must show az D.L. CCW would say your not a convict and signed bill of sale saves you from losers that commit insurance fraud so that is actually for buyers benefit. If someone has problem with that they don't need to buy it and they surely don't need to complain about it since they have no intentions of actually buying it. o_O

Many good guys on here but many that keep me scratching my head when I read their nonsensical posts.. HAPPY NEW YEARS!

Hoghntr, I buy a lot of used guns but never buy when a bill of sale is required. An az private sale is just that. Private! Burden of proof is on the person who can't prove their whereabouts. At the same time, I've refused to sell guns to certain people just by profiling. Right or wrong, it's good ethics.

When selling or buying firearms, you better cover your butt. You never know who you are buying from or selling to. You have the burden of proof against your local, state, and federal agency (You are basically guilty until proven innocent anymore). If you have a problem with signing a bill of sale, that tells me there is a problem with you in my eyes. There are other buyers or sellers out there for me AZkiller and muledeerarea33?. ;)
