x.enigmatic.x Report post Posted December 15, 2014 Nikon Fieldscope ED82 in immaculate condition. The "ED" stands for extra-low dispersion (aka HD) glass. I have thoroughly enjoyed this spotter and it is time to let someone else enjoy it as much as I have. Great for digiscoping and hunting. This is one of the few spotters I have owned that will hold clarity at 75x. I also like the large adjustment "knob" for focusing with gloves on. As noted above, glass is 99.9% with no scuffs, scrapes or imperfections that I can see; in the eyepiece photo, those are only specs of dust, not imperfections, I promise.
