bhuntin Report post Posted December 8, 2014 just had to say what great customer service badlands has. I had the chest strap fail on my recent coues hunt. I didn't think it was their fault rather mine from overloading probably,a deer will do that on a super day pack.I called them and they told me how to fix it after I said I would prefer to do that rather then sending it in. it seemed to be a complicated fix and then they said they would send a replacement strap and clips to keep in the pack if it decided to fail again..free of charge,no questions.the pack performed flawlessly even with the broken chest strap and loaded down,deer ,binos,water, tripod and all ! always Badlands from now on Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
