IHunt2live Report post Posted March 22, 2007 I have to much time on my hands right now so I thought I would share this with you all. Sorry the picture is not all that good I've wanted to take some good pics of some good finds I've found over the years and haven't gotten around to it. I'll share them someday. I found this head in unit 34A a few years ago. A couple of days after I found it I was glassing the same area and saw two bucks, in velvet, just as good as this one. I got a realy good look at them as the skylined over the ridge. I went after them and never saw them agian. I could tell one of them had a sorts of trash on him. The sad thing is, is that a land owner as locked the road into the area, which is on National Forest, so i can no longer get to the area. I think there is a long, I mean long way around, and you need a fourwhealer to get down the road and I can't afford one right now. I've never had him scored, I've tried scoring a few heads myself but I have no confidence in my abilities. I feel I end up with a number way to low. As you can tell it had been chewed on a little and bleached but still a great find.

If you tell everybody your good at something they don't allow you to make mistakes but you tell 'em your good for nothin then they eat it up when you produce. You'll need this advise if you plan on guiding.
