goatsie Report post Posted December 2, 2014 My father-in-law has a Smith and Wesson 38 special that was his father's which is currently not functioning. I want to get it up and running for him as a birthday present. Are there any gunsmiths in the valley who specialize with classic handguns? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
