Thanksgiving day routine, "traditions", and meals on the late hunt?

This year it will be Mt House meals for me, my 12 year old son and my dad. In some cold basin miles from the nearest road and hopefully anyone else. It won't be a traditional thanksgiving, but one we will all remember. Probably more than any other.

 

mine will be similar, just a lite more lonely. I just have to remind my self, If I were any where else I would be wishing I was elk hunting!

This will be another year of Thanksgiving in elk camp. This year we will be in our cabin with friends and family, always a good time.
