TOBY Report post Posted November 5, 2014 Anyone have the scoop on the 11x11 monster pics floating around on Fbook? Absolute pig and no guide tramp stamp on the pic either. Inquiring minds want to know.I won't whore some one else's pic without permission, but its bigger than any strip buck this year.
6ANut Report post Posted November 5, 2014 Seen Khory Guide service talk about it on there FB. It wasn't guided but a friend of theirs, that thing is an absolute toad. Said they had been hunting that deer for 4 years or so. Also we will have to wait for official score when magazine comes out, it didn't say which one. Heat Report post Posted November 5, 2014 The buck I think you are talking about was killed by a Yuma native. Region 4 deer. No guides. I don't know the guy personally but we share a number of mutual friends. Deer of a lifetime for sure and further proof that you don't have to go to the Strip to kill an absolute monster. Out of respect for the hunter I won't post his name or pics but will confirm the rumors! I also don't know the score but from the pics counted at least 10 points on each side.
Norteno Report post Posted November 5, 2014 Pics are posted on his facebook and also on Miller's Southwest Processing FB page. Buck looks like one of those photo shop jobs where people add points on top of points. (Except this one is real!)

bonecollector777 Report post Posted November 5, 2014 Just curious what the big deal of posting the picture is? He posted it on FB for all to see. Koury somehow felt it was his place to post it on his site with a faint watermark of his company that had nothing to do with it claiming he wants to protect it when it's not his to protect. and it's being text all over the universe. So . . Why do we care if it's posted on coues?
Heat Report post Posted November 5, 2014 If I was the hunter I would find it odd and a bit perturbing if someone posted my picture on a hunting site first. It's a matter of courtesy mostly but you make some good points. If someone else feels like posting it up here, knock yourselves out, but it won't be me.

It's one thing if someone tries something like taking credit for it or not mentioning his name or saying it's his buck. But I see no problem with posting up a picture of a huge buck that clearly has no logo or copyright or anything. Once that thing hit Facebook it spread like wildfire. Same thing that happened with that 311" buck that was killed in Colorado. The thing was posted on every hunting site known to mankind and sent to me through text and email about 25 times from different people. I don't think there was anything wrong with it getting spread around like that. People just wanna enjoy seeing the buck.
Chef Report post Posted November 6, 2014 The buck is a toad! Hearing unofficial score of well over 250"!!! Thank you for not posting the photo without permission. It saves Amanda and us moderators tons of grief. If you want to see it, obviously go to the Facebook pages mentioned.
