chopshop Report post Posted November 5, 2014 I was under the impression that Swaro's had a great warranty, like Vortex, which would cover things like this?
levers Report post Posted November 5, 2014 I contacted Swarovski regarding their warranty a little while back. They told me that they covered manufacturing defects and any use or abuse related problems were the owner's responsibility. My friend has sent a couple sets of binos in for warranty work and he has been treated well but in both cases, they talked him into paying for updating the binoculars. I think both times it cost him about $400.
