Red Rabbit Report post Posted November 3, 2014 I was out shooting rocks again, this time at Coyote Buttes along the Utah border. One can pick up a permit for popular Coyote Buttes in northern Arizona by entering a lottery 4 months in advance for one of 10 permits, or going to the BLM visitor center in Kanab, UT the day before for a drawing of 10 walk-in permits. Only a total of 20 permits are allowed per day for either the North or South sections. I had a permit for South CB a week ago Sunday. 4WD is required to drive across sand to get there.The sandstone offers nice colors, lines and shapes.I was blessed with a nice sunrise Sunday morning. 5 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
