ruthunter Report post Posted October 9, 2014 Recent article I read in the ram times said there have been no recent fatalities and there was one ram that has survived from the transplant and he had found his way to the ewes. Game and fish was hoping he bred them.

gotcoues Report post Posted October 9, 2014 On Facebook, there is a page "Friends of Catalina Bighorns" and it passes along the conference info once a month. Also tracks sheep movements and shows movement on a map or two. I've heard they are planning another "smaller" drop in the near future. The remaing breeding ram has been verified to be haning out with the ladies and is thought to have been breeding.

kwp Report post Posted October 9, 2014 I saw 13 of them in August on top of pusch ridge while training for my elk hunt. The ram was with all the ewes. There was at least one, maybe two without collars that were young ones but I don't think they were this year's. I took a break and watched them for a while. It was neat to see.
