Damp paper money... coins??? No, when they say direct contact they mean direct contact. If someone sneezes on you or you come in contact with someone else's blood, urine, saliva ect. That is direct contact. You are not going to catch Ebola because someone with Ebola sneezed on a dollar and then gave it to a clerk who then gave it to you as change. That is not direct contact. You have to literally let them spit or bleed into your mouth, eyes, open cuts or sores ect., to catch Ebola. It is a very nasty thing but its much much worse over in Africa because they are not as clean or keep up on hygiene as we do. Sounds messed up but it is what it is.
