Laying in bed last night i was thinking how much would I spend to hunt elk for a year with a rifle. I came up with $1,000 would be a a fair amount. Now if I could get 382 other hunters that could agree to this amount ($1,000) as well then have an account designated to hold the said amount of all hunters therein. and when the auction rolls around we could have a designated person at the auction to bid on the tag and from that point if we have the tag we could have an internal raffle and your odds for the tag could be 1/383 to hunt elk for one year... with a rifle... whats that like % odds sure beats the 0% odds for sheep for 12 days and you can write the amount off... as a donation
