mvgreene Report post Posted September 25, 2014 Looking for a good bow about 26 or 27" draw. Would prefer a Mathews maybe about 50lb draw or so. Please let me know if anyone is interested. I do have a pretty nice bowtech ready to hunt for possible trade. Bowtech is too big for her. Thanks.

MRL1984 Report post Posted September 25, 2014 I would suggest going to Archery talk forums as they tend to have a lot of used bows for juniors and/or women. There are some good deals to be had if you just keep an eye out.

mattys281 Report post Posted September 26, 2014 Id give this some serious thought: if it turns out she likes shooting, then what the heck are you going to do for "me time"??? Pretty soon. She could end up killing bigger bucks/bulls then you, which would basically be the end of the relationship. If you're set on it, diamond and bowtech both have some decent woman size rigs at good prices.

Just as likely to end bad not including her. Depends on both of them, I enjoy having my wife along to shoot more then going alone. I would much rather her be along and enjoy the activities I do.

mattys281 Report post Posted September 27, 2014 Pics of Girlfriend? Well played sir. You get bonus points if she's holding the bow in the pic. Kidding aside, I wish my wife had more of an interest in it. She likes flinging lead but never really fell in love with the flight of the arrow. She has lots of other great qualities though, so I guess I'll keep her.
