You know you've something right when....

OZ31P( tim) and myself took the kids ( 6 year olds) out for some glassing. You know when your wife and yourself have done something right when you can wake a kid up at 4 am, 2 am for tim, and take them out glassing for 3 hours and they don't get bored. We are blessed individuals to have wives that gave us such awesome children, and they too love the outdoors as much as we do. Thank you ladies.

 

P.S. Yes they both have their own tripods and vortex glass.

I show my wife posts from time to time and this was one of very few that she actually took my phone from my hands to take a closer look.

 

Thanks for sharing this wonderful little adventure. We don't have a little hunter or huntress of our own yet, but I couldn't imagine life with them to be much different than this!

Awesome thread. Love to see kids out with their parents learning to value the outdoors, respecting the hunting tradition, and the general way of life.

 

My kids has been hunting with me since about 6 also.

Thats the biggest key buy your kids what you are using and they will get involved. If you take them and they are not doing what you are doing they will get bored and not want to participate. I don't think there is anything more boring than to watch someone glass.
