hunter01 Report post Posted April 11, 2017 Well, here is Hunters buck mounted. Sorry for the side tilted pic, still not able to rotate it after its up loaded. I'm posting here as an update. I was fortunate to draw the same rifle tag in 19A where Hunter shot her buck a couple years ago. I drew with 17 points. I, like her mom was planning to transfer Hunter my tag. After she gave it some thought, she replied with "You better shoot this one dad, you might die before you get another goat tag." I suppose to some degree she does have a point. So, if you see me out there with Hunter in tow, be sure to stop and BS a bit over a cold one. Best of luck to all the goat and elk hunters this fall. Be safe, shoot well and hold out for a monster.

hunter01 Report post Posted September 19, 2017 I was able to shoot a very nice buck opening day, late afternoon. After missing one of the target bucks early in the day, ( a story I don't want to re-live), I made good on a shot around 4:00pm. This too was a targeted buck I called Flair. A couple guys after seeing him said they named him Twister. Well Trister hit the dirt and is a very unique and twisted buck. This buck too was also taken on Fain. Met some awesome guys on this hunt that were successful as well. If you connected on a buck on Fain or Perkinsville area, let me know, very possible I might have a pic or two of your goat. If you're still in 19A hunting, touch base, there are still a couple doozies out there. Andy
