Waterfowl regs?

Anyone know where I can find this years waterfowl regs online. New duck hunter looking to go over all the rules and bag limits before hitting the fields

Make sure you know your duck identification. God forbid you shoot a American coot in a protected unit.

And make sure you are carrying non-lead shot ONLY! Even when quail season is underway with duck season, you can get dinged for having lead shot on you. My brother found this out.

Is there a difference between "coots" as stated as legal take in the regs and "American coots"? Reason I ask is I always see lots of coot don't wanna shoot the wrong kind

Okay, this is a test on how well you read the regs. And you too G&F if you are watching these postings. Who can find in the regs where it says you need a migratory "birth" stamp?

Didn't notice and hence your joke in the duck dummy thread this week, that's funny. I looked relatively close too as this is the first year you do not need a State waterfowl stamp.
